Group Fitness

Group fitness classes are conducted by expert trainers and include Reformer Pilates, boxing, TRX training, functional strength training, circuits, and fusion classes that combine all our favourites. Group fitness classes are intimate, fun and high intensity with an emphasis on movement quality and conditioning the body to move efficiently and comfortably through the demands of 21st century living.

Small groups allow our expert trainers to give you the individual attention required to enhance your exercise experience.
