WELCOME TO THE REFORMED SOMERVILLE STUDIO:

Reformed Somerville, located on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, has a passionate team of Exercise Physiologists, Personal Trainers and Qualified Pilates Instructors. We offer both private sessions and small group sessions from sunrise to sundown Monday to Friday, as well as Saturday and Sundays.

Our trainers and their extensive knowledge of the human body will ensure that your workout ticks all the boxes. New to fitness or a seasoned fitness participant, we can help you smash your goals.

Reformed Pilates

Reformer Pilates is one of the cornerstones of the Reformed brand. On state of the art allegro 2 Reformer beds, we do full body fun and high-intensity workouts with endless benefits. Our trainers are highly skilled and can accommodate to all fitness levels in classes that blend the traditional pilates principles, with strength training and functional fitness.

Boxing

Boxing Fit by Reformed will give you a cardio workout that's sure to leave you sweating up a storm. By combining boxing with functional fitness they're sure to get your heart rate pumping and muscles firing.

Circuit Training

Circuits at Reformed utilise all exercise modalities we have available to create a fun, diverse and up-tempo team workout. Our Circuit class is designed to improve strength, endurance, and fitness by working your entire body. A killer workout and a heap of fun!

Yoga

Calm the mind and rejuvenate the body with a Reformed Vinyassa Flow class. Let our yoga instructors guide you through a series of poses that flow from one to the next linking movement and breath. A style of yoga that can easily be adapted for both beginner and experienced yogis.

Barre

Barre is a low impact full-body workout incorporating resistance work at the barre, mat pilates and functional fitness. There is a focus on alignment and technique with movement to music to improve coordination in a fun workout on your way to longer and leaner muscles.
