Our Stylish Bentleigh East Studio has a relaxing and inviting feel as soon as you enter the studio. The team at Bentleigh East instruct with a wealth of experience in Pilates and exercise delivery. The studio offers group classes including Reformer Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes. You can also book in for private and small group sessions.
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is one of the cornerstones of the Reformed brand. On state of the art allegro 2 Reformer beds we do full body fun and high intensity workouts with endless benefits. Our trainers are highly skilled and can accomodate to all fitness levels in classes that blend the traditional pilates principles, with strength training and functional fitness.
Barre
Barre is a low impact full body workout incorporating resistance work at the barre, mat pilates and functional fitness. There is a focus on alignment and technique with movement to music to improve coordination in a fun workout on your way to longer and leaner muscles.
Yoga
Calm the mind and rejuvenate the body with a Reformed Vinyassa Flow class. Let our yoga instructors guide you through a series of poses that flow from one to the next linking movement and breath. A style of yoga that can easily be adapted for both beginner and experienced yogis.
