Stephen has been active throughout his life and leading a healthy lifestyle is a paramount value he lives by. In the past two years he has done extensive training in boxing and this is something that really drives him. Stephen believes in setting goals and one of his goals is to compete in an amateur bout over the next 12months. He hopes to impart some of his boxing knowledge on you in boxing technique classes that will teach you how to box, while also getting your heart racing.

After recently being introduced to Pilates, Stephen was hooked, he loved the way it addressed imbalances in the body while also having wellness benefits by helping him clear his mind. Stephen was so impressed by the intensity of the workout he decided to embark upon some study and has recently completed his Cert IV in Pilates. He has a lot of fun training and his classes are going to make you work, sweat, fighting fit and even smile. Stephen relishes in building his client’s confidence by helping them reach their fitness and lifestyle goals.

Danielle Perkins

Danielle fell in love with Pilates at a young age, using it as an injury rehabilitation tool as well as aiding her intensive ballet training.

Danielle moved to Melbourne to complete her 3 year advanced diploma of classical ballet, preparing her for a professional ballet career, but her love of helping and guiding others took over in 2016 when she completed her Cert IV in Pilates, and decided to transition into teaching.

Fitness is a huge part of Danielle’s daily life and is a strong believer of smashing goals with the mindset of “you get what you give.” She uses a fusion of ballet, Pilates and Weight training to create fun, challenging workouts to lengthen and strengthen your muscles to help you become the best possible version of yourself.
