Reformer Pilates is one of the cornerstones of the Reformed brand. On state of the art allegro 2 Reformer beds we do full body fun and high intensity workouts with endless benefits. Our trainers are highly skilled and can accomodate to all fitness levels in classes that blend the traditional pilates principles, with strength training and functional fitness.
Boxing Fit by Reformed will give you a cardio workout that's sure to leave you sweating up a storm. By combining boxing with functional fitness they're sure to get your heart rate pumping and muscles firing.
Circuits at Reformed utilise all exercise modalities we have available to create a fun, diverse and up-tempo team workout. Our Circuit class is designed to improve strength, endurance, and fitness by working your entire body. A killer workout and a heap of fun!
Calm the mind and rejuvenate the body with a Reformed Vinyassa Flow class. Let our yoga instructors guide you through a series of poses that flow from one to the next linking movement and breath. A style of yoga that can easily be adapted for both beginner and experienced yogis.
Barre is a low impact full body workout incorporating resistance work at the barre, mat pilates and functional fitness. There is a focus on alignment and technique with movement to music to improve coordination in a fun workout on your way to longer and leaner muscles.
Each studio has a great team of trainers including exercise physiologists, exercise scientists and qualified Pilates instructors. With expert knowledge of human movement, we create high-intensity workouts that will improve your fitness, strength, mobility and performance.
At reformed we love to use our reformers to create challenging classes in a fun and pumping team environment. We also understand the benefits of other exercise modalities and the benefit of having variety in a training regime. Our studios also feature boxing, circuit training, TRX suspension training and more. Our clients have access to a wide variety of class styles to get the most out of their effort and stay motivated.
To keep motivation high we have some incredible prizes to giveaway across the 8-week challenge. Prizes will be handed out to our clients halfway through the 8 weeks and on completion per studio and a major prize for the overall winner across all three studios.

Meet our previous winner Jo!
Those of you who have attended any sessions over the past 6 months would most likely have done a session with Jo; seriously, she's here more than most of the staff are! Her results were awe-inspiring dropping an incredible 23cm overall and losing a total of 4kg over the 8 weeks, but 62cm and 7kg since starting with us in March. Most noticeable however, was her determined attitude that was on display over the course! We're stoked for Jo and are excited to watch her continue to transform her body under our watchful eye!
