Reformed Exercise Physiology

Reformed’s Accredited Exercise Physiologists follow a scientific method to assess pain and movement dysfunction. During a one-on-one consultation, you will be prescribed exercises that utilise a range of exercise modalities to decrease pain, improve mobility and improve quality of life.

Sessions may be eligible for private health rebates, and we have a HICAPS terminal on the premise. No referral is required.

Functional Pilates

Reformed offers a variety of class styles. Classes are conducted by expert trainers and in small groups, creating an intimate, fun, high intensity team workout.

There is an emphasis on movement quality and conditioning the body to be able to move efficiently and comfortably through the demands of 21st century living. Classes include reformer Pilates, boxing, TRX training, functional strength training, circuits and fusion classes that combine all our favourites.
